Sometimes an item isn’t quite right. Our returns system is simple and fair. If we send you a damaged item or the wrong product, you can return it hassle-free. For returns due to a size change, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
To start a return, just email orders@thelighthouseintl.com with your order number in the subject and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a shipping label, and you’ll be able to send the item back with ease. Returns are accepted for unworn and unwashed items within 5 days of delivery.
