What materials do you use?

We don’t cut corners when it comes to fabric. All our tees are made with 32s Double Ply Combed 100% Cotton — a premium weave that feels smooth, solid, and built to last. Most of our garments run a little heavier than your average tee, giving you that luxury streetwear vibe without being stiff or bulky. And the best part? They keep their shape and quality even after countless washes.

How do I find the right size?

Every product page has a size chart so you can lock in the perfect fit. Plus, we list the height and size of the model in the photos to give you a real-life reference.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Customs fees are covered by he customer.

How long does shipping take?

We usually process orders in 1–3 business days. After that, delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on where you’re located.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Nothing hidden, you’ll see it upfront.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yep, if your order is over €150, we’ll cover shipping as long as the regular shipping cost is under €20. Check out our shipping page for the full details.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn and unwashed items within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We offer returns if an item is damaged or we sent the wrong product. If you’re returning for a size change, shipping costs won't be covered.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Shoot an email to orders@thelighthouseintl.com with your order number in the subject and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a shipping label, and you’ll be able to send the item back hassle-free.

Will items be restocked once sold out?

We’ve got a mix: some core pieces will be around for a long time, some items are available only for a specific year, and others are limited runs. Once they’re gone, they might not come back.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. Gift cards will be available soon so you can hook up your friends with their own Lighthouse picks.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a message ASAP and we’ll try to sort it. Once it’s on the way, we can’t make changes.

How can I contact customer service?

How can I stay updated on new releases?

Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We drop previews and early access there first.

Do you collaborate with artists or designers?

Absolutely! We team up with tattoo artists, designers, and creatives to bring unique vibes to every collection.

Are your clothes unisex?

Most of our pieces are unisex with a relaxed fit. Check product descriptions for sizing notes if you’re unsure.

Do you sell in stores or only online?

We’re working to bring our collections to local stores in our area, and later on we plan to open our own stores. For now, you can always grab everything online.

Can I become an ambassador or collaborate with you?

Is your clothing true to size or oversized?

Our streetwear usually runs relaxed or oversized, but sizing varies per piece. Check the size chart for exact measurements.
